They make the BEST breakfast sandwiches I have ever tasted. They actually melt in your mouth and the flavors somehow just all blend together. I have tried their po boys and they are exceptional but their breakfast is astronomical with a price anyone can afford.

Subject:My Family wants to get back to Johnny's ASAP

Our family vacation from northern California to The Big Easy was crowned on our visit to Johnny's Po Boy. We thought we had tasted the best cuisine this rich region had to offer but for our money Johnny's hit a home run. My kids and I were amazed by various Po Boys, my wife said your red beans and rice were the best she had all vacation. I stayed to work a convention after sending the family back to S.F., and came back by myself. My Boss and his wife stopped in on my say so as did any conventioneers I could tell about the best of the best. They all loves your place. Thanks Grandpa Johnny, hope to meet you in heaven some day, in the mean time, we all hope to get back for some of your great stuff. BTW, Fantastic crew you have working the place! Very professional...

Everytime we go back to New Orleans, we make a beeline for Johnny's. You just can't beat the atmosphere, the friendly staff, but most of all - THE PO BOYS!!!! We've tried them all and it's too daunting a task to say which is the best - just close your eyes and point at the menu (Pin the Tail on the Po Boy!) and you'll be quite satisfied with whatever you choose.

See you Monday, July 6! You'll be our first stop after we check in.
